Our house is in central Munich in the district of Berg am Laim / Steinhausen / Haidhausen. Many great restaurants, Bavarian beer gardens and also the Isar for some rafting is very close.
Our professional housekeepers take care that the house is clean and prepared before you arrive. Basic amenities like fresh bed linens, towels, soap, shower gel, toilet paper, etc. are available of course.
This house is perfectly connected to public transportation. The tram stop „Schluesselbergstrasse“ is directly outside the property and takes you to the city center in just a few minutes.
My name is Thomas and I’m managing Casa BARvaria with my small team. It would be our pleasure to welcome you soon in Munich. We are very much looking forward to getting into contact with you and we are available anytime if you should have any questions. Please feel always free to ask your questions!
Casa BARvaria was great. We used it as our based for a mixed gender celebration for 19 people. There was plenty of bedding for all of us. Thomas provided extra sheets and even towels (since we were going rafting the next day). Local amenities were all great and there’s a stop for the tram right outside the house. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thanks for everything, Thomas!!!
Very large space with lots of beds. Very comfortable. Great location. A short train ride into the heart of Munich. Thomas was an excellent host who responded very quickly to any concerns. Thank you, Thomas!
This is a fantastic space for large groups. We were a group of 16 for my best mates stag do over a long weekend in Munich. It was easy to find from the airport as it’s not a far walk from a tube station. We were allowed to check in early since some of our flights we landing at 10.00am. When we arrived we were met by the hosts brother who kindly got us extra keys. The apartment was exactly as described. Multiple shared rooms with a communal shared space with a bar/kitchen. Shower rooms down stairs. Perfect for our stay. We had amazing fun there. Travel into the centre was easy as the walk the the tube wasn’t far and it was only a few stops to marienplatz there was also a tram stop outside. Also there is a large Lidl round the corner for all your basic shopping needs. The host Thomas was always on hand if we did need anything, however I have a friend who lives in Munich so it wasn’t necessary. I would recommend this flat to anyone looking to come and stay for large groups. We would certainly come again.
